How It Works

Your affiliate link contains a unique tracking identifier that allows us to properly attribute qualifying sales to your account.

Affiliate Tracking

Affiliate sales are tracked using unique affiliate links, tracking cookies, or other tracking technologies provided through our affiliate system.

A commission is generally credited only when:

  • A customer clicks your qualifying affiliate link;
  • The customer completes an eligible purchase;
  • The order is successfully paid;
  • The order is not canceled, returned, refunded, or otherwise disqualified.

Orders that are canceled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid may not qualify for commission.

  • Facebook

  • Online communities
  • Product reviews

Affiliates must clearly and honestly disclose their relationship with Stridorax when required by applicable laws, regulations, or platform rules.

Affiliate Marketing Guidelines

Affiliates agree to promote Stridorax honestly and responsibly.

Affiliates may not:

  • Make false or misleading claims about Stridorax or our products.
  • Misrepresent themselves as Stridorax employees or representatives.
  • Use misleading advertising or deceptive marketing practices.
  • Create websites or social media accounts that impersonate Stridorax.
  • Use fraudulent traffic or automated clicks.
  • Use bots, malware, or other prohibited technology.
  • Generate artificial orders or transactions.
  • Engage in spam.
  • Use misleading redirects or hidden affiliate links.
  • Purchase products using their own affiliate links unless expressly approved.
  • Use unauthorized discount codes.
  • Engage in trademark bidding or paid search campaigns using Stridorax trademarks without prior written approval.
  • Promote Stridorax alongside illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.

We reserve the right to review affiliate activity and investigate suspicious or potentially fraudulent transactions.

Affiliate Links & Content

Affiliates may use promotional materials provided by Stridorax, including approved product images, descriptions, banners, links, and other marketing materials.

Affiliates may not modify Stridorax logos, trademarks, product images, or other brand materials in a way that creates a misleading impression of affiliation or endorsement.

Any content that materially misrepresents Stridorax or our products may be removed from the affiliate program.

Returns, Refunds & Commission Adjustments

Commissions are calculated based on qualifying completed purchases.

If an order generated through an affiliate link is later:

  • Returned
  • Refunded
  • Canceled
  • Charged back
  • Determined to be fraudulent

the related commission may be reversed or deducted from future commission payments.

Payment

Eligible commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule and payment method associated with the Stridorax affiliate program.

Affiliates may be required to provide accurate payment and tax information before receiving commissions.

Minimum payment thresholds may apply.

Any applicable taxes or reporting obligations related to affiliate earnings are the responsibility of the affiliate.

Program Approval

All affiliate applications are subject to approval.

Stridorax reserves the right to accept or reject an application at its discretion.

Approval does not guarantee that an affiliate will remain in the program indefinitely.

We may review affiliate accounts periodically to ensure compliance with this policy and applicable laws.

Termination

Either Stridorax or an affiliate may terminate participation in the affiliate program.

Stridorax may suspend or terminate an affiliate account if we believe the affiliate has:

  • Violated this Affiliate Program policy
  • Engaged in fraudulent activity
  • Generated artificial or invalid traffic
  • Used misleading marketing practices
  • Misused Stridorax trademarks or content
  • Violated applicable laws or platform policies
  • Otherwise acted in a way that may negatively affect Stridorax or our customers

Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited if they resulted from violations of this policy or fraudulent activity, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Program Changes

Stridorax reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time.

We may change commission rates, program requirements, payment terms, promotional opportunities, or other program conditions.

Any significant changes may be communicated to participating affiliates through the contact information associated with their affiliate account.
